Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

We deliver anywhere in Australia.
All goods will be delivered by Courier, Australia Post or Australian Air Express.
Standard delivery times are between 1-10 Business days.

Cost of Delivery:

All orders will incur a flat $7.00 (Incl GST) delivery fee regardless of size or weight.
FREE Delivery Australia Wide for all orders over $75.-.
Please put a street address as all PO Box address will incur a $7.50 surcharge.
Should you not be home – please give an Authority to leave the parcel without signature, otherwise this could incur more delivery charges.

Returns and Refunds

Any of our products may be returned to Texie’s Toners for replacement or refund subject to the following:

Cancelling an Order – Cartridge is Not Faulty

To cancel your order you must e-mail, fax or write to us within ten days of receipt of your order.
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged, opened or used will not be accepted.
The return freight is payable by the customer, and the goods are your responsibility to return them to us in its original condition. We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst the items are being returned to us. Non-defective returns notified within 10 days of the invoice date will incur a 15% restocking fee.
On receipt of your returned goods, we will authorise a refund. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. Please note: Freight charges are not refundable.

Incorrect Product Ordered, due to our error.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will replace the product plus the cost of returning the item to us. We will charge for the correct item and credit on receipt of return of unopened undamaged product. You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged, opened or used will not be accepted.

Faulty Item

Please contact us in writing for a return authorization number where we will provide details of return procedure. Please remember to enclose a copy of your invoice plus authorization number given. We do not provide refund on goods that are over 2 months old from date of purchase (invoice date). We will credit against next order. Please provide a description of the fault plus prints showing nature of problem. If the product has been tampered with credit will not be considered.

Delivery of Product
